Troutman Merges $5M Fee Fight, $10M Malpractice Row

Law360 (April 1, 2011, 8:06 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge consolidated a $10 million legal malpractice suit with two corresponding suits seeking $4.5 million in legal fees Friday, in litigation over Troutman Sanders LLP attorneys' representation of a light-emiting diode technology patent holder.
