2nd Circ. Won't Revive State Atty's Retaliation Suit

Law360, New York (April 4, 2011, 6:46 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Monday upheld the dismissal of an attorney's $10 million suit alleging her former employer, a New York state disciplinary committee, retaliated against her for making claims that it unlawfully protected well-connected lawyers.
