Guggenheim Imposter Still Using Family Name: Atty

Law360, New York (April 4, 2011, 8:34 PM EDT) -- Affiliates of the Guggenheim family told a New York federal judge on Monday that one of the imposters accused of using the family name to commit investment fraud was violating an injunction and continuing to profess a family connection to sell oil interests.
