Ex-Exec Can Sue Live Nation Over Stones Tours: Judge

Law360, New York (April 5, 2011, 1:40 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge ruled Monday that former Live Nation Worldwide Inc. Chairman Michael Cohl could sue the company for breach of contract over the rights to promote future tours by the Rolling Stones.
