SIPC Joins Madoff Trustee's $6.4B JPMorgan Battle

Law360 (April 5, 2011, 3:18 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge ruled Monday that the Securities Investor Protection Corp. can challenge JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s bid to move to district court a $6.4 billion lawsuit from the trustee liquidating Bernard L. Madoff's investment company.
