Apple Patent Suit Over IPhone Accessories Survives

Law360, New York (April 5, 2011, 5:55 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday refused to dismiss Apple Inc.’s patent infringement claims accusing eForCity Corp. and others of selling compatible accessories for iPods, iPhones and iPads without a license.

Judge Jeremy Fogel of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California shot down eForCity’s dismissal bid, saying that Apple’s infringement allegations met the pleading requirements.
