Utah Group Loses Bid To Block Sports Complex

Law360, New York (April 6, 2011, 3:13 PM EDT) -- A judge on Tuesday refused to grant a preliminary injunction to halt the construction of a sports complex in Utah, dealing a blow to an environmental group suing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers over a wetlands-related permit for the project.
