Night Law School's Contract Suit Trimmed For Now

Law360, New York (April 6, 2011, 2:51 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge left one claim standing but temporarily dismissed the rest of a night law school's suit Tuesday accusing TCS Education System of violating a nondisclosure agreement by using confidential information to ink a deal with the school's rival.
