Korean Steel Cos. Challenge Zeroing In CIT Suits

Law360, New York (April 6, 2011, 5:27 PM EDT) -- South Korean steel companies Dongbu Steel Co. Ltd. and Union Steel Manufacturing Co. Ltd. sued the U.S. on Monday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, citing a recent federal appeals court ruling to challenge the use of zeroing in administrative reviews.
