E&Y To Hand Over Tax Docs In Tropicana Fee Fight

Law360, New York (April 7, 2011, 5:13 PM EDT) -- After initially objecting, Ernst & Young LLP agreed to turn over confidential tax documents Wednesday in a Delaware fee dispute brought by the steering committee for secured lenders to Tropicana Entertainment LLC over allegedly inflated costs related to the casino operator’s completed bankruptcy.
