Lime Wire Loses Fight Over Damages In Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (April 7, 2011, 5:12 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge ruled Wednesday that record companies suing file sharing company Lime Wire LLC for copyright infringement have the right to seek damages on songs for which they've already recovered damages in lawsuits targeting LimeWire users.
