NASA Fraudsters Lose Dismissal, Retrial Bids

Law360, New York (April 7, 2011, 5:22 PM EDT) -- A former professor and his wife on Tuesday failed to persuade a Florida federal judge to dismiss a verdict convicting them of scheming to defraud NASA out of $3.7 million or to grant a new trial on the basis of juror misconduct.
