Louboutin Says YSL Is Stealing Its Soles

Law360, New York (April 8, 2011, 2:35 PM EDT) -- French footwear designer Christian Louboutin SA gave rival Yves Saint Laurent America Inc. the stiletto-heeled boot on Thursday, accusing the high-end fashion house of intentionally infringing its trademarked red-soled shoes.
