Honeywell, Ex-Worker Agree To Halt Security IP Fight

Law360 (April 8, 2011, 3:37 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge agreed Thursday to temporarily shut down Honeywell International Inc.'s patent infringement suit against a former employee who allegedly used Honeywell's patented security system technology in creating a product for his new, rival company.
