Judge Says He'd Nix Car Value Loss Suit, With Terms

Law360 (April 8, 2011, 3:27 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Washington state said Wednesday that he would grant the plaintiff-requested dismissal of a putative class action against an insurer for failing to cover diminished value loss for automobiles involved in accidents, but only under certain conditions.
