Judge Bars NY AG's Subpoenas In Intel Antitrust Probe

Law360, New York (April 11, 2011, 5:45 PM EDT) -- A Delaware state judge blocked New York’s attorney general Monday from subpoenaing witnesses from Nvidia Corp. to aid the state’s antitrust investigation of Intel Corp., saying the move threatened to reveal Intel’s confidential information to its rival.
