GAO Kills Qwest Unit's Data Hosting Bid Fight

Law360, New York (April 12, 2011, 4:09 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office said Tuesday it had dismissed a Qwest Communications International Inc. unit's protest over a bid invitation for data center hosting services that added $14 million to the evaluated price of all contractors besides Verizon Business Services.
