US Exports, Imports Declined In February: Report

Law360, New York (April 12, 2011, 6:40 PM EDT) -- U.S. exports of goods and services dropped by $2.4 billion to just over $165 billion in February, while imports also fell since January, the U.S. Census Bureau said Tuesday.

The bulk of that drop came from exports of physical goods, and the export of services remained almost unchanged at $47.2 billion, according to a new report from the Census Bureau and the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis.

Overall, exports for February totaled $165.1 billion while imports added up to $210.9 billion, leading to a slight decrease...
