ITA Finds Mexican Co. Dumped Cellulose Gum

Law360 (April 12, 2011, 5:01 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Administration found that a Mexican company dumped purified cellulose gum, a thickening agent, into the U.S. market, according to a notice published Tuesday in the Federal Register.

In its administrative review of the anti-dumping duty order on purified carboxymethylcellulose from Mexico for the period from July 1, 2009, through June 30, 2010, the ITA preliminarily concluded that Quimica Amtex SA de CV had sold the product in the U.S. at below market value, the notice said.
