EU Court Extends French IP Ruling To All Members

Law360, New York (April 12, 2011, 6:56 PM EDT) -- The European Union's highest court ruled Tuesday that a French court's decision that DHL Express France SAS infringed Chronopost SA's "webshipping" trademark was not limited to France and had effect in all the bloc's member countries.
