Stanford Trustee's $545M Recovery Suit Survives

Law360 (April 13, 2011, 2:08 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Texas on Tuesday refused to dismiss a suit filed by the receiver for accused Ponzi schemer Robert Allen Stanford's estate seeking to recover at least $545 million that some 200 investors and ex-Stanford employees received from the alleged scam.
