Rice Co. Asks 9th Circ. To Keep $13M Suit Out Of Iraq

Law360, New York (April 13, 2011, 3:47 PM EDT) -- Agricultural products trader The Rice Corp. urged the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday to reinstate its lawsuit against Iraq over the rejection of a shipment of rice in 2005 that allegedly breached a contract worth at least $13 million.
