Lawyers Trade Blows Over Asahi, Actelion Trial Conduct

Law360, New York (April 13, 2011, 4:45 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for drugmaker Actelion Ltd. fought back Monday against professional misconduct allegations in a licensing and antitrust fight with Asahi Kasei Pharma Corp., arguing in a California state court that the claims were an attempt to hijack trial proceedings.
