2nd Circ. Lets UGI Off Hook For Cleanup Of 9 Gas Sites

Law360, New York (April 13, 2011, 3:52 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday upheld a lower court's ruling that UGI Utilities Inc. is not liable for pollution cleanup costs at nine former manufactured gas facilities in Connecticut.
