Utah Group Fights Sports Complex Injunction Denial

Law360, New York (April 13, 2011, 7:11 PM EDT) -- An environmental group suing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers over a wetlands-related permit for a sports complex project in Utah said Tuesday it is appealing the denial of a preliminary injunction that would have halted the project's construction.

In a filing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, the Jordan River Restoration Network and four Salt Lake County residents gave notice they would appeal the decision to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
