Law360, New York (April 13, 2011, 7:35 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for billionaire Sam Zell decried potential lawsuits against him in Tribune Co.’s ongoing reorganization battle as “frivolous” on Wednesday, as numerous parties voiced their objections to two dueling Chapter 11 plans in Delaware.
