Coventry Seeks KO In Securities Class Action

Law360, New York (April 13, 2011, 9:22 PM EDT) -- Coventry Health Care Inc. argued Wednesday that a Maryland federal judge wrongly maintained claims in a consolidated putative securities class action accusing the company and its top brass of deceiving investors regarding severe business setbacks.
