NJ Top Court Shoots Down Exxon's $7M Asbestos Appeal

Law360, New York (April 14, 2011, 1:29 PM EDT) -- New Jersey's highest court refused last week to hear an appeal from Exxon Mobil Corp., which sought to reverse a $7 million verdict in favor of a woman who said she got cancer from the asbestos-laden clothes of her refinery-working husband.
