Antitrust Group Says DOJ's Google-ITA Deal Has Holes

Law360 (April 14, 2011, 4:00 PM EDT) -- Google Inc.’s settlement with U.S. antitrust regulators over its $700 million acquisition of flight information software company ITA Software Inc. does little to address the risk the deal poses to competition over the long haul, an antitrust group suggested Thursday.
