Ex-GSK Lawyer Faces New Obstruction Indictment

Law360, New York (April 14, 2011, 6:01 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors have reindicted a former GlaxoSmithKline PLC attorney for allegedly lying to health regulators about the marketing of the antidepressant Wellbutrin, three weeks after a judge dismissed an earlier indictment for prosecutorial error, the U.S. Department of Justice said Thursday.
