UK Court Cuts Antitrust Fines For More Construction Cos.

Law360 (April 18, 2011, 5:44 PM EDT) -- A British competition court slashed nearly £9 million ($14.6 million) from £11.6 million in antitrust fines against a third group of construction firms Friday, again citing errors with the way the U.K.'s regulator calculated the penalties.
