Ex-AllianceBernstein Workers Face Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (April 15, 2011, 9:23 PM EDT) -- AllianceBernstein LP hit three financial advisers who left to work for JPMorgan Chase & Co. with a suit Thursday in New York, alleging they breached agreements with the company and stole its trade secrets.

The investment firm lodged a complaint in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, claiming Marlon Bustos, Marcus Kline and Scott Zemachson breached a long-term incentive plan and financial adviser agreements, including nonsolicitation and confidentiality provisions.
