CIT Orders Commerce To Fix Duty Rate On Chemical

Law360, New York (April 18, 2011, 4:39 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Court of International Trade judge on Friday shot down the U.S. Department of Commerce’s decision to grant a byproduct offset for discharged chlorine gas in the agency’s review of its anti-dumping duty determination for chlorinated isocyanurates from China.
