Stanford Receiver Seeks $3M From Fund Tied To Bidens

Law360, New York (April 18, 2011, 5:58 PM EDT) -- The receiver for accused Ponzi schemer Robert Allen Stanford's estate asked a Texas federal court Monday to force a hedge fund linked to Vice President Joe Biden's family to hand over $3 million held in two Stanford companies' accounts.
