AstraZeneca Sued Over Nexium Bone Fracture Risks

Law360, New York (April 19, 2011, 6:48 PM EDT) -- A woman who has suffered multiple bone fractures filed a lawsuit in Texas on Tuesday accusing AstraZeneca LP of negligently failing to protect or warn her about such risks tied to its heartburn and acid reflux drug Nexium.
