Stanley Works Fights Steel Nail Duties In CIT

Law360, New York (April 19, 2011, 6:23 PM EDT) -- The Stanley Works (Langfang) Fastening Systems Co. Ltd. launched a lawsuit Tuesday challenging the U.S. Department of Commerce's assessment of anti-dumping duty rates for certain steel nails imported from China.

The Chinese company said in a summons filed in the U.S. Court of International Trade that it took issue with certain aspects of the final results of Commerce's first anti-dumping duty administrative review, which was published in the Federal Register on March 23.
