ITC To Probe B&N's Nook After Microsoft Complaint

Law360, New York (April 20, 2011, 1:47 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission agreed Tuesday to investigate Microsoft Corp.'s claims that Barnes & Noble Inc.'s e-reader infringes its patents by using Google Inc.'s Android operating system, despite the bookseller's argument that Microsoft is trying to squelch competition.
