Ex-ABB Exec Seeks To Limit Testimony In FCPA Trial

Law360, New York (April 20, 2011, 4:56 PM EDT) -- An ABB Inc. subsidiary's former general manager asked a Texas federal judge Tuesday to bar prosecutors from mentioning any kickbacks or cover-up attempts he allegedly committed in the trial over his purported bribery of Mexican officials for utility contracts.

Prosecutors are targeting John Joseph O'Shea over his alleged role in a conspiracy to bribe Mexican government officials to secure contracts with the Mexican state-owned utility Comision Federal de Electricidad.
