Trimmed Invesco Suit Over Deutsche Raid Moves Forward

Law360, New York (April 21, 2011, 3:48 PM EDT) -- A New York state court judge last week trimmed a suit over Deutsche Investment Management Americas Inc.'s 2007 poaching of 20 Invesco Institutional NA Inc. money managers while refusing to nix several claims over four managers' alleged contract breach.
