Domestic Cos. Stall Vietnamese Fish Duty Order

Law360, New York (April 21, 2011, 7:18 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Wednesday barred the U.S. government from enforcing a new duty order on frozen fish fillet imports from Vietnam pending the resolution of a challenge from the Catfish Farmers of America and several domestic catfish processors.

U.S. Court of International Trade Judge Richard K. Eaton granted the domestic manufacturers' consent motion for a preliminary injunction enjoining the U.S. from issuing liquidation instructions for entries of certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam that are subject to the U.S. Department of Commerce's final anti-dumping duty...
