Ciba Ends Combative Ads To Settle Bausch & Lomb Case

Law360 (April 21, 2011, 5:43 PM EDT) -- Ciba Vision Corp. agreed Thursday to cease its advertisements attacking the effectiveness of rival Bausch & Lomb Inc.'s ReNu MultiPlus contact lens solution in protecting against infection, resolving a Lanham Act suit in New York.
