Police Cadet Lost Job Over Sex With Boss, Suit Says

Law360, New York (April 21, 2011, 8:25 PM EDT) -- A former cadet with the police department in San Fernando, Calif., lodged a suit Tuesday against the city and the department’s police chief, alleging she was improperly fired because she had sexual relations with the chief.
