Time May Be Ripe For National Oversight Of Attys

Law360, New York (April 29, 2011, 6:55 PM EDT) -- A recent proposal by a group of law firm general counsels for national oversight of attorneys could be the first step in a movement to replace the existing patchwork of regulations that firms must contend with in their interstate practices, industry experts say.
