Mattel, MGA Sling Mud After $88M Bratz Verdict

Law360, New York (April 21, 2011, 11:14 PM EDT) -- Mattel Inc. said MGA Entertainment Inc. prejudiced jurors with tall tales that the Barbie maker killed the father of MGA founder Isaac Larian and gave Bratz creator Carter Bryant a stroke to win an $88.4 million award in California on Thursday.
