Nassau County Workers Sue To Stop NY Wage Freeze

Law360, New York (April 22, 2011, 9:08 PM EDT) -- A union representing some 7,000 county workers in Nassau County, New York, this month sued to thaw a wage freeze that was implemented despite concessions in January that the union claims saved the county nearly $70 million.
