Malaysia Maintains Duties On Thai Plastic Resin

Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 7:35 PM EDT) -- Malaysia said Monday it had decided to maintain previously imposed anti-dumping duties on imports of polyethylene terephthalate from Thailand.

The announcement by the country’s International Trade and Industry Ministry came after an administrative review was launched in October on imports of the product from Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia and South Korea at the request of an unnamed domestic producer.
