Ex-Stanford Money Gurus Fight Janvey Clawback Claims

Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 2:34 PM EDT) -- Financial advisers who worked for a broker-dealer unit of alleged Ponzi schemer Robert Allen Stanford's defunct bank asked a Texas federal judge on Thursday to preserve their ability to arbitrate claims against them in a $545 million clawback suit.
