Gibson Dunn Reps ValueClick In $70M Greystripe Buy

Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 6:58 PM EDT) -- Online marketing company ValueClick Inc. said Monday it had snapped up mobile advertisement network Greystripe Inc. for $70 million in cash to dive into a $1.1 billion market poised for rapid growth.

San Francisco-based Greystripe is the largest brand-focused mobile advertising network in the U.S. by reach, according to a joint statement by the California companies. Its delivers ads to 30 million users on iPhones, iPads, Androids, Blackberries and other devices through more than 3,500 application titles and mobile websites.
