Fed. Circ. Curbs Specific Jurisdiction In Pet Door Spat

Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 7:33 PM EDT) -- In a patent battle over a pet door between Radio Systems Corp. and Accession Inc., the Federal Circuit underscored on Monday that only enforcement or defense efforts related to a particular patent give a court personal jurisdiction over an inventor.
