NLRB To Sue SD, Ariz. Over Union Ballot Laws

Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 7:39 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board announced Friday that it would be filing lawsuits against Arizona and South Dakota over recently approved amendments to the states' constitutions that restrict the method by which employees can choose union representation.
